Use your OctOpus projects, analyze a CSV, preview and approve model training, inspect measured results and score a new CSV from ChatGPT. Your existing OctOpus subscription and credits apply.
Connect an account
When your ChatGPT account or workspace allows custom MCP connections, add this server with OAuth authentication:

Training starts only when you approve the goal and limits. Progress tools retrieve saved status; they do not stream a live chart. Attachments currently support UTF-8 CSV files up to 5 MB. Larger datasets can be uploaded through OctOpus. This connection trains on 30–250000 rows within 5 MB. Preview the dataset version, baseline, validation split and estimated credit reservation before approving. Compute allowances are separate from account credit charges. Prediction and model export require eligible extraction access; private download links expire after 15 minutes.

Connecting shares your requested project details, datasets, analysis responses, training status and remaining credit balance with ChatGPT when its tools request them. OctOpus processes uploaded data and instructions using the same services as the OctOpus website. Account credentials, payment details and private infrastructure configuration are not returned by these tools.
Uploaded datasets and generated work become part of your OctOpus projects and follow their existing storage and deletion controls. Disconnecting immediately revokes this connection's access and refresh credentials; it does not delete projects, stop already accepted jobs, or erase conversations already held by ChatGPT. Cancel active training before disconnecting if you want it stopped. You can delete project data in OctOpus and manage conversations in ChatGPT separately.

This connection uses your existing OctOpus account and subscription. It does not include extra compute or change your subscription agreement. Analysis and training consume your OctOpus allowance; usage already incurred remains chargeable after cancellation. ChatGPT access is separate and subject to its own terms and workspace policies. Review training goals, cost and runtime limits before approving a run, and validate results before relying on them.
